טבריה הייתה פעם אחת הערים המובילות בתיירות פנים בישראל. היום קיים דיסוננס גדול בין הנופים הפסטורליים, משאבי הטבע המיוחדים והאתרים ההיסטוריים לבין עיר מוזנחת, סגורה ולא מזמינה. בחרתי ליצור ערכה לתייר הישראלי המגלמת את טבריה כפי שהייתה יכולה להיות.
