Kikar Ha'Ir

For my graduation project at Bezalel, I chose to delve into the deeply divided communities that form Israeli society, in hope of strengthening ties between divided communities and creating a sense of shared destiny.

Kikar Ha’Ir (translation: City Plaza) is a social platform for organising group discussions, uploading video opinion posts and interacting with people we might not get to meet in our day-to-day lives. The app connects different people with different outlooks on life to shed light on Israel’s most controversial issues.

It doesn’t matter if you’re religious or secular, Jewish or Arab, liberal or conservative – Kikar Ha’Ir is the place to simply talk things over.

Use the app on your iPhone 6/6S/7/8!
