Ether
Ether, is a series of white plaster reliefs of figures from my life, extending out of
white walls. The series deals with memory, and with the attempt to isolate and curate
materially the passing moment.
Void is an elusive concept. In trying to sculpture the void, space becomes a physical matter
present in the interstice, in the shadow, in the missing parts of the image and in the frayed,
cracked edges.
